Preparation and Cooking

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO PREPARE.
To Thaw: Place frozen portions into a hotel pan and cover. Thaw under refrigeration for 12 to 24 hours.
Cook From Thawed: Separate individual fillets and add preferred sauce, batter or seasoning. Pan fry or deep fry portions as desired.
*Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 165°F. We strive to produce a fully “boneless” product. As with all fish, however, occasional bones may still be present.
